At K-POPFUNS, we are dedicated to providing authentic K-POP Demon Hunters merchandise and ensuring every Hunter is delighted with their purchase. Our refund and returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fan-friendly.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for All Purchases: We offer refunds for all items, whether purchased at regular or discounted prices, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@kpopfuns.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send the correct item immediately.

Special Note for K-POP Collectibles: Due to the nature of K-POP merchandise, sealed albums, photocards, and limited edition items can only be returned if defective or incorrect. Once opened, these items cannot be returned unless they contain manufacturing defects.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and inclusions intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Sealed albums and photocard sets (once opened)
  • Limited edition and collectible items marked as “final sale”
  • Digital downloads and gift cards
  • Items marked as personalized or customized

Important: Lightsticks and electronic merchandise must be tested within 7 days of receipt. Any defects must be reported within this period to be eligible for replacement.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and complete inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@kpopfuns.com with your order details

Exchanges

We exchange items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange:

  • Include clear photos of the item if defective or damaged
  • We’ll provide return instructions and ship the replacement once we receive your return

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is processed
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
